Tasman Serves as Premier Sponsor of the Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation Swing 4 Scholarships Golf Tournament

Tasman was proud to recently serve as a Premier Sponsor of the Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation Swing 4 Scholarships event held in Longboat Key, Fl. The golf tournament is the Foundation’s premier annual event and primary fundraiser. 

The Foundation seeks to give back to our communities across the country by providing scholarships to residents looking to aim higher through post-secondary education, as well as financial support to military family-focused organizations and charities. The non-profit organization’s primary focus is on developing the future leaders and workforce that will benefit our communities. It helps deserving scholars residing in a Balfour Beatty Communities property pursue their dreams and ambitions by providing scholarships to directly support their education. To date, more than $1.2M in scholarships and outreach has been awarded  to more than 550 students.

The Foundation also helps make an impact on the lives of military families. From the development of memorials dedicated to our military heroes, to grants supporting the important and life-changing work of military
family-focused organization and charities, Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation is committed to serving those who serve.

The sponsorship of this worthy cause is just one of the many community outreach and charitable giving projects that Tasman supports each year.
